Birth Doula Package
The Birth Doula Package in Jacksonville is designed to give you continuous support from pregnancy through early postpartum, so you never feel like you're doing this alone.
Two prenatal visits
During your prenatal visits, we talk through your birth plan, comfort measures, and any worries that keep you up at night. We'll practice labor positions, breathing techniques, and routines that help birth preparation feel more manageable.
Continuous labor and birth support
Once you ask me to join you in labor, I stay with you at home, hospital, or birth center, offering continuous labor support through physical comfort measures, emotional encouragement, and clear communication with your birth team.
One postpartum doula care visit (within the first month)
We debrief your birth, check in on feeding and recovery, and talk about practical habits that can make the early weeks feel more sustainable.
On-call availability from 38 to 42 weeks
You have direct access to me by text or phone for updates, early labor questions, and emotional support while you wait for baby.

Your birth support should feel accessible and sustainable. Once you decide to work together, a retainer secures your due month on my calendar. The remaining balance can be completed through:
- A single final payment
- A 50/50 split
- Or a simple multi-payment plan
We'll choose the option that fits your budget and timeline, so you can focus on preparing for birth, not crunching numbers.
What You Can Expect From Me
As your doula, I provide:
- Emotional support during pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum
- Physical comfort measures during labor (positioning, massage, breathing support, counter-pressure, and more)
- Informational support so you can make informed decisions about your birth plan
- Encouragement and guidance for your partner or support person
I do not perform medical tasks like blood pressure checks, fetal heart monitoring, or vaginal exams, and I don't make decisions for you. Instead, I help you understand your options and remind you of your preferences, so you and your care team can make the choices that feel right for you.
